I cut the chicken breast in half in thickness, obtaining thinner slices.

I put the composition in ramekine dishes, greased with butter, I sprinkled more grated cheese on top and I put it in the oven, at 200 degrees C, for 20 minutes.

For the gorgonzola sauce, I melted the butter, I put the cream cheese, gorgonzola and cream. I let it boil for a few minutes, I put salt and pepper and I took the pot off the heat.

I served the chicken breast with gorgonzola sauce, along with the potato pudding and celery.
