Rocsi made me curious about the taste of her Duo cake with jam, so I applied it. I don't know how the white top behaved after baking, but for me after I added the jam (at room temperature only) and the brown composition. ..the first one was a bit flattened..it was a bit crossed and it wasn't as fluffy as the brown one ... In conclusion ..a good cake but ..if I still make it somehow ... I'll only make it with small modifications ...
- 1 cup mineral water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 dogs flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- grated lemon peel
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 vial of vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Post-duo cake:
-Mix well the sugar, mineral water, oil, flavors and flour.
- pour 1/2 of the composition in the tray with baking paper and put in the oven for 10-15 min
-in the remaining composition add 2 lg of cocoa and mix well
-remove the tray with the white dough, grease with jam / jam (I had cherries) pour the composition with cocoa and bake in the oven until it passes the toothpick test
-let to cool, powder, portion and serve.
