From the slices of bread I cut out the shape for cookies, hearts.
(I didn't throw the leftovers from the slices of bread, but I put them in a tray, baked them until they turned golden, then passed them through the robot, thus obtaining breadcrumbs.)
I preheated the oven to 180 degrees, I lined the tray with baking paper.
I greased each heart of bread with spreadable cheese, then divided the Hochland cheese slices into quarters.
On each heart I placed a quarter of a slice of sliced cheese.
I sprinkled chia seeds and psillium bran (I used them due to their property of absorbing the liquid) and on top I placed a slice of tomato (each tomato previously divided into 3).
I sprinkled grated cheese over the hearts, then black and white sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste and at the end a little freshly chopped green dill.
I put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes (170 degrees).
Good appetite!
