One of my favorite recipes

  • Bartilla paste about 300 grams
  • a can of tuna in its own oil
  • onion
  • Parmesan
  • parsley
  • Tomato juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


The pasta is boiled according to the instructions written on the package.

Finely chop the onion (I chop it as small as possible), chop the parsley.

Put the onion in the pan with hot oil until golden and then add the tuna.

Season to taste and after a few minutes add the tomato juice and parsley.

After cooking, pour the tuna over the drained pasta, add Parmesan cheese and mix.

Serve with gusto !!

There is no limit for Parmesan !! The more the better!


Olives can also be used.


Lemon juice can also be used to taste.
