We clean the livers and boil them in salted water.
Saute finely chopped onion with leurda for a few seconds, add jam and broth, cup of water and leave on the fire until it starts to boil, add the boiled liver.
Add spices to taste and simmer until the liquid drops and a sauce is formed.
Sour the leurda sauce in a pan, heat the onion in the melted butter until it becomes translucent, add the finely chopped leurda, the bay leaf, the wine and let it boil until the alcohol evaporates.
In a bowl mix the flour with water and add over the leurda, spices to taste, stir continuously until it thickens like a sauce.
Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain well.
Add the chicken livers on top and the sauce if desired.

If you don't want to miss the spring, go to the market and fill the bag with bunches of stevia, loboda, butter, leurd, onion and green garlic. They are only available now, they are cheap, they are tasty and healthy.
Combined with pasta, it acquires a simandicos status of & # 8222fusion food & # 8221. But there is nothing simandicos here, they are prepared very quickly and what makes them look good on the plate is the simplicity. The colors make you eat with your eyes.

200 gr pasta (here I preferred wholemeal tagliatelle)
1/2 can of diced tomatoes
2 loboda links
1 leurd link
2 bundles of butter
2 green onions
2 cloves of green garlic
salt, pepper, olive oil
optional: telemea and cheese, grated on top
1.Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2In a frying pan, fry the green onions in a little olive oil, add the garlic, then the diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and let the sauce drop.
3.Add the pasta, then in turn the wolf leaves and the leurd leaves (which you can cut to the size of the wolf). Stir, taste the salt, leave for another minute on the fire and prepare a plate on which you sprinkle butter leaves.
4.Serve hot noodles, generously sprinkled with olive oil. If you are not fasting, add a little cheese on top: telemea, cheese, whatever you like.
