Throw these croutons into a salad for that extra needed flavor. They take almost no time to make and are a great topping choice.

  • 1 fresh cubed pumpkin
  • olive oil
  • salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Toss pumpkin in salt and olive oil. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread cubes of pumpkin on baking sheet and bake until pumpkin is soft and slightly charred at corners.
