Shaorma with chickens
Pt. glue the dough: put flour in a bowl, mix with salt and sugar, dissolve the yeast in a little warm water then pour over the flour. Add the oil and knead a suitable dough. The water is set according to how much the dough will require. It is left to rest for about 5-10 minutes, after which it is divided into 7 balls of the same size (that's how it turned out for me).
